1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

• The item arrives damaged

• Wrong item received

• Product is defective out of the box

• Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene & safety regulations:

• Opened e-liquids

• Used vape devices

• Clearance items
  cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

• Inspection time: 3–5 business days

• Refund issued to your original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective:

• Free replacement

• Or full refund option

5. Return Shipping

In cases of:

• Wrong item sent → We pay return shipping

• Customer-initiated return → Customer pays return shipping
